- OH MY GOD I WROTE LIKE A WHOLE DAMN NOVEL WHILE DOING THIS LMFAO... To be honest I have NO idea what I just wrote OTL;;

- Short Version:
Sero used to have a happy family until his dad cheated on his mom and eloped with another woman leaving their family a huge debt. A year later, Sero's family now consisting of only him, his older sister, and mom, were forced out of their home due to lack of finance. His mother was forced to quit her job and became a prostitute, but being unable to bear it, she abandoned Sero and his sister.

Being just kids (Sero 7, his sister 13) and not knowing what to do, they cried themselves to sleep, only to have Sero waking up to shrieks, thuds, and screams.
Two tall men in black suits were dragging his sister to their 'shop' in place of their mother because she could not pay the debts.
Sero grabbed a knife from the kitchen, trying to defend from from taking his sister, and ended up slitting the side of one man's neck. Before he could find time to react, he heard his sister scream with the top of her lungs to "run away", and being only 7, shocked and scared, he ran away as far and fast as he could, not looking back.

He spent 3 years on the streets, living off food and clothes that other people had left him (feeling sorry for him), running away from agencies and fosterhomes, unable to trust anyone.
Until one day, on his 10th birthday, Sero decided to start 'selling' his body, (LOL..) wanting money, and comes across a rich looking man.
Sero tells him "$100", and the man agrees and takes him to a luxurious hotel suite. He is quite shocked to hear that the man did not bring him to 'play' with him, but only to talk.
They talk for a while, and the rich man tells him about his son, having the same birthday, etc.

That night, the man says he has to return to his family, and for Sero to stay the night at the suite because he already paid for it, and so Sero does.
When he wakes up, he's left with a cellphone with a Star-Crown logo, and an envelope with more money than he's ever seen in his life along with a note reading:

"Happy Birthday, Sero! (Though I think I should've gave it to you yesterday!)"

As soon Sero held the phone, he recieved a text message.
[From: ★ - Subject: "HI."] -- HI. Good Morning!

That was the beginning of his relationship with this "★" person, and the beginning of his knowledge about his powers and about Remnants.
From that day on, Sero began to continuously talk through text with this mysterious ★ person. Whenever he needed help, "★" would help him out of his problem.
Whenever he needed a friend, "★" would be there for him, and so on. But they never once met in person nor was able to call each other for [★] wished not to.

As for the money, Sero used it to properly raise and educate himself.
Yet from time to time he did go off into the shady side of the city to sell his body for some fun/extra cash. (But because he wanted to---shoots)

Until one day he recieved a text invitation from Star Crown High.

[Sent: ★ - Subject: "Hey.."] -- Hey ★, I got invited to Star Crown High.. Should I go?
[From: ★ - Subject: "Yes"] -- Yes. Wait for me there.
[Sent: ★ - Subject: "Ok."] -- Alright! I'll finally be able to meet you in person!
